State of the Art Calfee Frames
Superb, Lightweight and Made for You
Do you need a bike that can accommodate your long legs or support a few extra pounds? Is it tough to find a bike that is small enough to ride comfortably? While you might not find a bike in a shop that meets your needs, a custom bike means that every dimension is built specifically for your measurements.
Calfee Design frames are custom made to your exact specifications so that you can experience the best positioning possible for your body. When you're correctly positioned on a bike, you'll experience less fatigue and you'll find that you can optimally and efficiently expend your energy, putting more power to the road and spend more time in the saddle.
At Bike-RX™ you'll be fitted by a professional, in person. The online, do-it-yourself systems do not take into consideration your riding preferences or quirks, what you have become accustomed to, nor do they consider any injuries or special circumstances.

S & S Titanium Couplers
These clever devices allow you to break apart the bike and pack into a suitcase for easier travelling. Cases designed for this use are available as are convenient cable couplers. The cable couplers allow you to break the cables and re-attach them without having to re-adjust your derailler or brakes.
The couplers have proven to be as strong as the tubes and do not weaken the frame at all. The couplers add about 300 grams (11 oz.) to a Tetra or Luna and stiffen the frame slightly. They add about 800 grams (1 pound, 12 oz.) to a Tandem or Stiletto.

We like them not only for saving time and money when flying, but when you get to your destination, it is far easier to find a taxi that can take a normal suitcase than one to carry a full sized bike case. And it sure makes getting around the airport easier!
Custom Calfee Coupled frames are perfect for cyclists that travel frequently. The frames are stiff and reliable, even after hundreds of breakdown and reassemblies.
