The exceptional handling qualities are available throughout all size ranges, as the Ti Crown Jewel is the only custom ti frame in production offering carbon forks in 4 offsets. The first titanium frame to ever receive shot-peening, the Ti Crown Jewel made history with this inovation in 2001. Shot peening gives a unique, finish lustrous and also stress relieves the frame while dramatically increasing the fatigue life in the critical tubing joints.

This incredibly crafted work of art is a perfectly aligned and extremely durable 29 inch wheel off-road cycling machine. Each bicycle frame is a custom creation, with rider specific tubeset and geometry, and is built around your fork of choice. Crafted from the best titanium available, 3Al/2.5V Cold Worked Stress Relieved (CWSR), and then shot-peened for added durability and strength.
